Feels like house prices are insane, but renting isn't cheap either.

Forget serious stuff - the funniest thing I've seen was someone asking ChatGPT to roleplay as a cat banker. It meowed but still gave financial advice.

The Walking Dead. Loved it at first, but it just dragged forever.
